The Covington neighborhood of Latonia will be the focus of Beyond the Curb’s fall in-person tour on Sunday, Oct. 2, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tour coordinator Jill Morenz said the team is excited to bring attention to Latonia.

“This will be our 12th tour and the first time we’ve featured Latonia,” she said. “We are eager to show off its historic downtown, cute houses, and unique businesses,” she added.

The one-day, self-guided tour includes 12 properties, featuring historic homes, artsy renovations, and unique apartments. As always, the tour stops include a mix of completed and in-progress projects that offer ideas and inspiration for anyone interested in architecture, interior design, and the urban lifestyle.

Early bird tickets are $15 and are available online at BeyondTheCurb.org until Saturday, Oct. 1. Use the promotional code “LINK” to save on early bird tickets. Tickets will also be available for purchase for $20 on the day of the tour, either online or at the registration area at The Roost Latonia, 3616 Decoursey Ave., in Covington.

Tickets include admission to tours of the 12 properties, entry to win the “All Things Latonia” raffle basket, and free parking at nearby locations. All ticket holders must start their tour at The Roost Latonia, where they will receive their wristband, tour booklet, and gift.
