It’s officially t-minus 40 days to the Kentucky May Primary Election on May 19.

LINK nky has been working for months on our election coverage (literally — our Election HQ launched on Nov. 5, the first day candidates could file with the secretary of state).

We’ve got information that will help you with just about any question you could have when it comes to the May primary: From how to make your voting plan to what to do if you’re an Independent (hint: not much).

But most voters want to know who is running in their district or county or city. Who are they? What are their priorities? How would they lead in the position they’re running for if elected?

You can now find a profile on every single person involved in a contested race in the 2026 primary in our Election HQ. Whether it’s a county constable seat or a U.S. Senate seat, you will find profiles for all the candidates you’ll see on your ballot in May. Just go to our LINK nky Election HQ page.

For candidates who did not respond to multiple calls and emails, the LINK team compiled profiles based on publicly available information. Some candidates didn’t have any information online, so we did the best we could.

If you are a candidate who would like to speak to a member of the LINK team about your profile, email news@linknky.com.
