Skilled nursing and assisted living providers from across the commonwealth gathered in Frankfort this session to advocate for the residents and team members they serve.
In the Senate, the top long-term care facilities in Kentucky were each honored with a citation noting the achievement.
Carespring Communities Highlandspring of Fort Thomas, Coldspring of Campbell County, and Boonespring of Union were honored to be a part of this elite group of leaders in the profession.
Honorees for The Best of Kentucky Nursing and Rehabilitation must possess a CMS star rating of four or higher to apply. Coldspring and Boonespring have received 5-star ratings, with Highlandspring receiving a 4-star rating.
