One man was killed in a two-vehicle car crash on Thursday morning. The crash happened around 10 a.m. just north of Carthage Drive.

In a press release on the crash investigation, Campbell County Police stated that 65-year-old Gregory Staley of California, Ky, was traveling north and crossed the AA Highway median striking 72-year-old Daniel Sizemore’s vehicle. Sizemore was traveling south.
Staley’s vehicle then went off the road and rolled over a few times striking several trees. Staley died as a result of the wreck. Sizemore was not injured.
The investigation is still underway. Campbell County Police have not ruled out a medical emergency for Staley.
