Covington City Commission: Smith and Downing re-elected, two new commissioners join
In the Covington Board of Commissioners election, incumbents Shannon Smith and Tim Downing were re-elected, while Tim Acri and James Toebbe were elected to the remaining two seats, and Ron Washington was elected mayor.
