The Northern Kentucky Health Department has relocated part of its Syringe Access Exchange Program from the St. Elizabeth Healthcare campus in Covington to their new building on James Simpson, Jr. Way, offering free Naxolone overdose kits, referrals to addiction treatment, HIV and Hepatitis C screening, and safe ways to dispose of needles.
