Kenton County Circuit Court Judge Kathy Lape has overruled a motion challenging the bona fides of two candidates for Crescent Springs City Council, Chad Longbons and Carol McGowan, after a lawsuit was filed alleging they violated legal procedures around petitioning to run for office.
