Kroger is offering customers the opportunity to purchase rare bottles of Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Antique Collection at five Northern Kentucky Kroger Wine & Spirits Shops on Dec. 7, with wristband distribution and random number drawings to determine who gets to purchase the bottles.
