Covington City Commission approves Drees Homes agreement for former IRS site
The Covington City Commission approved a development agreement with Drees Homes to develop 16 town homes on the B block of the Covington Central Riverfront development site. They also approved two contract agreements with Bray Construction and Terracon to perform infrastructure construction and geo-technical oversight.
