Photo courtesy Queen City Discover Blog Northern Kentucky emergency crews responded to the banks of the Ohio River after reports came in shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday of a person floating in the river. Authorities said the Newport Fire Department pulled the man out of the water just before 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
