Proposed 67 single-family lot development in Kenton County moves forward
The Kenton County Planning Commission has approved a zoning change that will allow Parkland Homes to subdivide a 27-acre site into 67 new single-family lots, with homes with at least three bedrooms and base prices of about $350,000.
