Four student-athletes from Northern Kentucky will represent the Kentucky teams at the Kentucky-Indiana high school basketball All-Star series in June.

Covington Catholic’s Athens McGillis is the lone boys roster representative while Ryle’s Jaelyn Jones, Notre Dame’s Emma Holtzapfel and Simon Kenton’s Haylie Webb will represent the girls team.

The two-game series starts on June 5 with Kentucky hosting Indiana at Lexington Catholic High School. On the following day, Indiana will host Kentucky at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, home of the Indiana Pacers.

Since 1999, the Indiana boys have owned the series, winning 45 of 52 matchups. The Kentucky girls swept Indiana last year, their first time sweeping the games since 2012. The Indiana boys hold a 107-46 advantage in their series with Kentucky that began in 1940. The Indiana girls have a 55-43 lead in their series with Kentucky that started in 1976.
