Dean Dorton Announces New Market Leader for the Greater Cincinnati Market
[CINCINNATI, OHIO – December 19th, 2025 – Dean Dorton, a leading professional services firm providing tax, assurance and advisory services, has announced the appointment of Beth Vice, as Market Leader for the firm’s Cincinnati market, effective 12/19/2025.
In this role, Vice will be responsible for leading market strategy, strengthening client relationships, and supporting continued growth across the region.
As part of this transition, Adam Davey, who has served as Market Leader since January 2024, will move into a new leadership role overseeing the firm’s Tax practice.

During his time as Market Leader, Davey played a key role in guiding the market through Dean Dorton’s merger with VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm, ensuring continuity for clients and team members while supporting the integration of people, processing, and culture. In his new role, he will focus on advancing Dean Dorton’s Tax practice, supporting talent development, and ensuring exceptional client service.
Beth Vice is a career-long member of the firm, having joined in 1998 as a co-op. In her nearly three decades with the firm, Beth has held several leadership positions, including leading the Manufacturing & Distribution industry team, and leading the firm’s joint venture with Rödl & Partner, which focuses on serving U.S. subsidiaries of European-owned companies. In her various roles, Beth has collaborated with other industry leaders and sought to build relationships and connections across the region.
