President Donald Trump is coming to Highland Heights this weekend for a midterm rally.
Though the exact location has yet to be announced, the Republican National Committee’s event page shows remarks will begin at 2 p.m., with doors opening at 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 17.
The rally comes weeks ahead of the midterm election. A seat in the U.S. Senate is up for grabs, with Republican Andy Barr and Democrat Charles Booker looking to replace longtime incumbent Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell.
A congressional representative in Kentucky’s 4th District is also on the ballot. Republican Ed Gallrein, who won the primary nomination over incumbent Republican Thomas Massie, and Democrat Melissa Strange are looking to fill that seat.
