Community members can support local infants in neonatal intensive care units, or NICUs, this Saturday at two special events implemented in partnership with the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky, Metro and March of Dimes.
Residents can help by purchasing unopened diaper and baby wipe packages and putting them in buses at the locations listed below. Preferred diaper sizes are newborn sizes to size 2. All donations will support NICUs at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Good Samaritan Hospital, University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Christ Hospital and the Edgewood branch of St. Elizabeth Hospital.
Drop off times are Saturday, April 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the following locations:
- Remke Market on 560 Clock Tower Way in Crescent Springs
- Kroger on 5613 Marburg Ave. in Oakley.
