Florence’s annual Spring Clean Up Week is approaching!
The City of Florence will hold its annual Spring Clean Up Week April 20–26 at the Public Services Maintenance Facility, 7850 Tanners Lane. The event is open only to Florence residents who must show proof of residency at drop-off.
Residents can dispose of household debris during the week. The city will also offer electronics recycling through Tri-State Escrap and document shredding through Shred-It.
The city will not accept tires, non-rechargeable batteries, oil, liquid paint, antifreeze, insecticides, pesticides, fungicides or other hazardous waste.
Drop-off hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
