After a record-breaking snowfall last week, the region is looking at another possible round of winter weather.

Last Tuesday, around 4.2 inches fell at CVG, nearly doubling the previous record for the day, set nearly 100 years ago, in 1929. That total was 2.2 inches.

This week, a 50% chance of rain Tuesday night will lead into a possible chance of rain, snow and/or a wintry mix throughout the day on Wednesday, according to a report from the National Weather Service. However, with a high of around 44 degrees, little to no snow accumulation is expected.

Temperatures should drop on Thursday with a high near 33. There is currently a 30% chance of snow in the late evening on Thursday, and a 40% chance Friday. There are currently no snow accumulation predictions from the NWS report.
