Paul Woodward is the current Kenton County Constable for District 2. He will face Republican challenger Thomas Turner in the upcoming May primary.
There are no Democratic candidates for District 2, so whoever wins the May primary will run unopposed in November.
Constables serve as elected peace officers, a position that dates back to the 1850 Kentucky Constitution. They can make arrests, execute warrants, issue subpoenas and other civil process in criminal, penal and civil cases.

He has not responded to our emails to his personal address, and his current county email address has security blockers that prevent our emails from hitting his inbox. We don’t have his phone number, and the county government center had no way to contact him directly, as the constables do not maintain offices there. He has not sent us any press releases, and he has no website. We do not know what he looks like.
