Missy Tester is an incumbent candidate for the Elsmere City Council. There are 10 candidates running for six spots on the council. In addition to her current role as a council member, she serves on the city’s scholarship committee and serves as a student government liaison.
“I am a lifelong resident of Elsmere and want to contribute in making our city the best it can be!” Tester wrote in a written statement.
Tester pointed to the Woodside Park project’s completion as her primary campaign priority. She encouraged residents to reach out with concerns and questions.
“Our citizens are welcome to come to voice their concerns that affect our city!” Tester concluded in her statement.
