By Golly’s is the latest restaurant to open in Union’s sprawling Union Promenade development.
Community members gathered to celebrate the grand opening on Jan. 6. The Milford-based neighborhood restaurant franchise has expanded its presence in Northern Kentucky in recent years, opening its downtown Covington location in 2024.
By Golly’s operates six restaurants across Greater Cincinnati, including in Milford, Anderson, Springfield and Clarksville in Ohio, as well as its two in Northern Kentucky.
The franchise is known for its classic Americana menu, which features smashburgers, handcrafted flatbreads, wings, salads and milkshakes, among other items.
By Golly’s Union is open seven days a week, with hours from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Sunday, and extended hours from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The restaurant is located at 9232 U.S. Highway 42 in Union.
