BE NKY Growth Partnership honored 14 companies with milestone anniversaries in 2025, as part of a program launched last year to recognize long-standing employers in the region.
Plaques were presented by members of BE NKY’s staff, including President and CEO Lee Crume, Vice President of Economic Development Kimberly Rossetti, Director of Business Retention Angie Mulberry, and client relations managers Jeremy Worley and Devon Greco. Covington-based Grainwell created the plaques.
State and local elected officials also participated in the recognitions, including Kentucky legislators, Boone County Judge/Executive Gary Moore, Campbell County Judge/Executive Steve Pendery, Kenton County Commissioner Beth Sewell, Covington Mayor Ron Washington and Newport Mayor Tommy Guidugli.

- Taylor Farms (Covington) — 30 years
- Amazon (Boone County) — 20 years
- Blair Technology Group (Covington) — 20 years
- 80 Acres Farms (Boone County) — 10 years
- AquiSense Technologies (Erlanger) — 10 years
- Gentis Solutions (Covington) — 10 years
- Vivitec (Crestview Hills) — 10 years
In a news release, BE NKY CEO Lee Crume thanked each company for its collective impact on the Northern Kentucky economy.
“From providing residents with local, fresh-grown produce to companies with IT and hiring expertise, and water disinfection technology on the International Space Station, these businesses give their employees access to the resources they need to continue living their best lives in Northern Kentucky,” Crume said in the release. “We love celebrating the entrepreneurs, business leaders and employees that make this a great community to live, work, and play.”
BE NKY is set to recognize each 2025 Growth Companies at the organization’s 2026 Annual Forum on Jan. 30 at Turfway Park.
