The City of Cold Spring announced Chase Bank and Chick-fil-A will be the newest two additions to the Cold Spring Pointe development.

Cold Spring Mayor Angelo Penque unveiled the news in a post on the city’s official Facebook account.

“We believe these new establishments will bring valuable services and opportunities to our community, enhancing the quality of life for all residents,” read the post.

Chase Bank and Chick-fil-A will join Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, 5 Digits and Five Below, which are anticipated to be coming to Cold Spring Pointe.

In addition, Wawa and Outback Steakhouse have also “indicated interest” in the project and are expected to be announced by the developer soon, according to a previous Facebook post from the city.

Cold Spring Pointe is a potential mixed-use development across from the city’s Meijer Shopping Center. Publix announced it would be coming to the city in April.
