Drees Homes, the second largest homebuilder in the Greater Cincinnati area, is expanding its Build-on-Your-Own-Lot program throughout region ahead of the company’s 100 year anniversary.

Through the Build-on-Your-Own-Lot program, Drees gives homebuyers the opportunity to construct their dream homes on land wherever they want.

Also this month, Drees is introducing “Elevate by Drees Homes,” a new name for its Build-on-Your-Own-Lot program. The company hopes the new name underscores the enhanced building flexibility of the program.

“As we approach our centennial celebration, Elevate by Drees Homes allows us to expand our volume and compete more directly with custom home builders, providing consumers with a streamlined selection process and more efficient construction timeline,” Drees Executive VP of Homebuilding Operations Dan Jones said in a press release.

Prospective buyers interested in custom homes can explore Drees’ new Bedford model that will be on show at HOMEARAMA 2024, held from August 24 to September 8 at the Reserve at Stone Pillars Farm in Goshen, Ohio.
