A third Publix may soon be coming to NKY.Â
The Florida-based grocery chain purchased property that straddles Florence and Union in Boone County in early May, according to public records.Â
Located on the northeast corner of Farmview Drive and U.S. 42., the land was purchased for $4 million from Farmview Commons LLC.Â
This purchase comes soon after the official announcement in November of a Publix location coming to Triple Crown Boulevard and Richwood Road and in April, the announcement of a Cold Spring location.
