A site development plan application has been submitted to Campbell County Planning and Zoning for a Culver’s fast-food restaurant, and they have their eyes set on a Cold Spring location.
According to the application and confirmation by Campbell County Planning and Zoning Director Cindy Minter, the proposed location is 3917 Alexandria Pike, near Pferrman Flooring.
POWER Engineers Inc., based out of Cincinnati, submitted the site development application. The plans say they intend to “construct a Culver’s restaurant with outdoor dining.”
Per Minter, Cold Spring will hold a public hearing for the development on Nov. 9.
Culver’s is a national chain restaurant known for “butter burgers” and frozen custard. It has one location in Florence.
