Anthony Bonomini, candidate for Fort Thomas City Council has
organized a Cash Mob to support and promote local small businesses. Bonomini is
asking Fort Thomas residents to show up at Fort Thomas Coffee between 9am and
Noon, Saturday, February 22, 2014 to “mob this local business with an infusion
of cash.”

Bonomini said, “I
believe that it is imperative for City Council to promote our local small
businesses. They are the economic engines of our community. It is one of the
vital responsibilities of our local government to craft an environment that enables
our local small businesses to succeed and economic development to thrive.”

The purpose of this “Cash Mob” is for everyone in the
community to show up at Fort Thomas Coffee and purchase any one of the tasty
treats that they have to offer. They have a seasonal drink menu full of
delicious February specials.

Lori Valentine, owner of Fort Thomas Coffee, is very excited
about this event. She has enthusiastically stated, “Fort Thomas, we love you! We are so thankful to live in such a
wonderful community of people who support and care for each other. Thanks for
being so awesome.”

Bonomini plans to host cash mob events at local Fort Thomas
businesses up until the City Council election in November.

“Please, come and
join us,”
said Bonomini. “This will
be a great opportunity to spread the “Shop Local” word and I’d love to meet as
many residents as I can to understand where we can improve as a city.”
