The body of an infant was discovered inside the bathroom of a Kohl’s store in Louisville on Thursday evening.
Police analyzed surveillance video to identify the mother and were assisted by the coroner to determine whether the baby was born at full-term and lived at any point.
The mother was later located and is reportedly cooperating with police.
Police statements indicate that the baby was full-term and healthy while the coroner says it is possible that the baby was still-born.
