The Imperial Apartments sale has been lauded by residents and city officials alike, but not everyone is happy about the sale.

There are six residents that are being evicted in the back building (831 S. Grand Ave) because renovations will start immediately. They must move out by August 31, 2015.

FTM Radio talked to two of those residents about what’s happening to them now and what it was like living there.
