The Horizon Community Foundation is seeking nominees for its annual nonprofit awards. The winners of the awards will be honored at a special luncheon in September.
“Our nonprofit community is filled with extraordinary people who lead with purpose, compassion and a deep commitment to serving others,” said Nancy Grayson, president and CEO of the Horizon Community Foundation of Northern Kentucky. “These awards give us the opportunity to recognize the individuals whose leadership and service inspire others and create meaningful change throughout our communities.”
This year will also feature a new award category: the NextGen Leader Award, which will honor a nonprofit professional under the age of 40. A full list of award categories is below:
- Executive of the Year – Large Organization
- Executive of the Year – Small Organization
- MVP – Nonprofit Staff Member
- MVP – Nonprofit Board Member
- Volunteer of the Year
- NextGen Leader (nonprofit professional under age 40)
