Constitutional Conservative and Army Veteran Affirms His Commitment to Faith, Freedom, and Kentucky Values in House District 64
Independence, KY — 01/09/2026 — A constitutional conservative and Army veteran seeking election as Kentucky State Representative for District 64 today announced a firm commitment to faith, freedom, and service to the people of the Commonwealth.
Guided by a strong faith in God, Scott Berger emphasized that moral conviction and biblical principles are central to both personal life and public service. “My faith shapes who I am and how I lead, it provides the foundation for integrity, accountability, and service to others.”
As a pro-life advocate, he stands firm in his belief for the protection of innocent human life at every stage. “Life is sacred, and it is the responsibility of government to defend those who cannot defend themselves,” the statement continued.
A proud Army veteran, Scott Berger highlighted a deep respect for those who have worn the uniform and pledged unwavering support for veterans and their families. “Those who served our nation deserve more than words—they deserve action. I will fight to ensure veterans receive the care, benefits, and respect they have earned through their service.”
Scott Berger is also a strong defender of the Second Amendment, vowing to protect the rights of law-abiding Kentuckians. “The right to keep and bear arms is a fundamental freedom guaranteed by the Constitution, and I will oppose any effort to weaken it.”
Equally important is a firm commitment to freedom of speech. “Free speech is the cornerstone of a free society. Americans must never fear being silenced for their beliefs, values, or faith.”
Scott Berger concluded with a pledge to the people of District 64: “I will serve with honor, defend the Constitution, support our veterans, and always put Kentucky families first. Our values matter, our freedoms matter, and our future is worth defending.”
