Dayton’s Tuba Baking Co. and Wayfarer Tavern are teaming up to celebrate Oktoberfest with a  culinary collaboration: “Tuba X Wayfarer Oktoberfest.”

The event will run across two weekends, Sept. 12–15 and Sept. 19–21, bringing guests collaborative dishes from both restaurants and a chance to earn rewards through a special passport program.

Guests can purchase Oktoberfest items at both locations:

Tuba Baking Co.: Country Ham Flammkuchen and Pretzel Bun Country Ham Sandwich featuring Wayfarer Tavern’s Aunt Jill’s Country Ham.

Wayfarer Tavern: Smoked Curry Carrot and Sauerkraut Pizza featuring Tuba Baking Co.’s Smoked Carrot and Curry Sauce and The Pickled Pig’s Caraway Sauerkraut and Tuba Mini Pretzels with their Horseradish & Onion Dip.

With each purchase, guests will receive a stamp in their Oktoberfest passport. After collecting all four stamps, two from each restaurant, participants will earn 10% off the Oktoberfest dishes at whichever location they collect their final stamp.
