Winners of the Bellevue-Dayton LEGO bridge contest have been announced.

The LEGO contest, part of the Bridging Back Business initiative, had entries from Bellevue and Dayton kids and residents.

The winners are:

  • 1st Place- Joseph Vogt- Bellevue
  • 2nd Place- Jacob Williams & Jacob Cohn- Dayton
  • 3rd Place- Emery Gibson- Bellevue

Entries will be showcased at the Bridging Back Fun for Everyone Event on Saturday, March 1, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at 201 Fairfield Ave, in Bellevue. They will also be displayed on the Avenue in Bellevue during the week of March 10. The Bridging Back Better initiative aims to revive NKY businesses after the Big Mac Bridge closure.

The LEGO bridge entries were judged by Bellevue/Dayton and Campbell County officials and staff.

Contest prizes include:

  • 1st Place: $100 Gift Card to The Brickery Café – Bellevue Events
  • 2nd Place: $50 Gift Card + Sterling Silver Bridge Charm – Cleves and Lonnemann
  • 3rd Place: $25 Gift Card – Schneider’s Sweet Shop

Dayton residents, Williams and Cohn also received $25 Dayton Dollars each, to be used at Dayton businesses.
