Boone County residents can leave feedback about county services with the Boone County Fiscal Court’s new online survey, which will remain open until Nov. 30, 2024.
“Boone County is committed to continuous improvement and superior service, and this survey is a very helpful tool in recognizing areas of strength, evaluating opportunities for improvement and identifying issues important to our citizens,” says the survey’s introduction. A subsequent paragraph states that the survey is being created and analyzed in partnership with NKU to “to ensure its reliability and objectivity.”
