There will be another sport for the men and women of Thomas More College to compete in starting next fall.

TMC President David A. Armstrong and Athletic Director Terry Connor announced Friday that the Saints will now field teams in men’s and women’s bowling.

The teams will compete in the United States Bowling Congress collegiate division, which has members from all three divisions of the NCAA and the two divisions of the NAIA. Each season will conclude with the Intercollegiate Team Championship.

“We are excited to be adding men’s and women’s bowling to the athletic roster at Thomas More,” Connor said in a news release. “With many successful high school programs in the tri-state area, these two programs are a natural fit for the College.”

With the addition of bowling, Thomas More now offers 21 athletic teams (11 for women and 10 for men).

The Crestview Hills college has launched a national search for a head coach. That posting can be viewed here.
