District 6 of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will begin a micro-surface paving project on KY 16, Pride Parkway, on Tuesday, Sept. 16.
The work will take place between KY 3716, Taylor Mill Road, and the south end of the I-275 overpass bridge. Crews will complete the maintenance in the nighttime hours between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. The project is expected to extend to Sept. 30.
Single-lane closures will occur throughout the project. At least one lane will remain open to traffic while the work is taking place, but crews may be required to stop traffic at intersections occasionally. Travelers who frequent this area should plan accordingly.
