Developers and Homearama representatives gathered Thursday for a ribbon cutting at the site of this year’s event, which has come to the Kentucky side of the river for the first time ever.
The event, which runs from June 10 to June 25, features eight homes in a variety of architectural styles with prices that start at $1 million. Townhomes begin at $750,000.
The Martin’s Gate neighborhood project sits on a 4.23-acre site, with 58 lots for attached and detached for-sale single family homes.
The development site is along the north and south sides of W. 13th Street from Central Avenue on the southwest, extending to 14th Street on the southeast.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the gate or online. Children 12 and under are free if accompanied by an adult. Hours are Monday to Thursday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from noon to 9 p.m.
